sides14
I was hoping for a little edge in my COD stats and I bought the Netduma. Unfortunately, things aren't working out as expected - I am actually going backwards instead of the little forward bump that I was hoping for. I set up the Netduma exactly as was outlined in the user guide. I loaded the COD profile, but the system keeps losing the profile and I have to reload it. I allocated the bandwidth accordingly (my ISP is 50d/20u) and at 70%. The Netduma pages are extremely slow to load and on several occasions I have to power cycle the Netduma to get it to respond. I received the Netduma on 12/24/16 and I either have something configured way out of wack or I inherited someone else's previous problem (power cord wasn't professionally rolled as normal with a brand new product). ColonicBoom
What makes you think it's losing the profile? Do you have cookies enabled in miscellaneous settings?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 26, 2016 Administrators Share Posted December 26, 2016 Hey, welcome to the forum! I know what you are referring to with the profile. When going back to the profile page it doesn't show the current loaded profile but rather the general gaming profile which is at the top of the list. You'll notice the profile is still loaded because your Geo settings etc will still be the same. For slow interface ensure you're using Google Chrome/Firefox & you're on the default theme. sides14
I am using Firefox. When I attempt to navigate between the links (on the left), the device stalls out and talks an exceedingly long time. I don't know if this is a default setting under VPN, but it has a profile listed as "Hide My Ass". When I navigate to the VPN page, it states that I have an outdated VPN profile. The device just came in the mail via Amazon on 12/24/16. I set up my device exactly as directed by the generic settings recommendations. I honestly think I got a used devices that had issues prior since it freezes up and stalls. My COD BO3 K/D went from 2.86 to .83 and lower. I see more players skipping now than before without the Netduma installed.

sides14
What image extension am I not allowed to use? I attached the screenshots last night and now they aren't there. Is there an email address that I can send the screenshots to, this is getting extremely annoying.
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted December 29, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted December 29, 2016 The easiest way to post your screenshots here would be to take them normally and upload them to Imgur, or you could get Gyazo and post the links to your screenshots. Your interface being slow is a rare problem that can happen as a result of a conflict between Port Forwarding and UPnP, though through testing we've found that it can be caused by other elements as well. Try setting up port forwarding and rebooting from misc, or if you don't use port forwarding, try disabling UPnP (Making sure no port forwarding rules are active), rebooting from misc, and turning on UPnP again. Host Filtering can also cause a conflict, so try disabling it until you open up the game, and then enabling it. "Hide My Ass" is just the default VPN, though it shouldn't be active. As for your profile, do the settings not stick or was it just the text changing back to General Gaming? It might be a good idea to try out the CoD Ultimate profile, which will ensure that you get into the best possible lobbies. What's your average ping in a game?
