Congestion control GUI problem

So I've got a problem with my congestion control screen.  When I click on the tab this is what I see (as opposed to the diagram where you can drag the bandwidth to allocate it).  Anyone had this before that can recommend a fix ?

I'd first try rebooting the duma,if that's doesn't fix it unplug the duma for 5 mins then retry

It is likely something on your browser, I can't maximise the picture but disable any adblock things like that then hard refresh the page.

OK guys so I tried rebooting the router through settings -> Misc, that didn't work.  Also tried unplugging the router and leaving it for a good 10 mins, still had the same problem.  I disabled all of my active extensions in Chrome, closed Chrome down and re-opened it, then hard refreshed a tab with the Congestion Control page on and I'm still having the same issue.  I'm seeing the same thing if I use Safari as well.

Please make a post in the 1 on 1 section of the forum and Fraser will take a look; it's an issue we haven't come across before, and changing browser would usually solve these sorts of problems.
