No i think its my old router which is plugged into the BT openreach thing,i plug the netduma into old router and it was working fine.

I just unplugged my netduma and i am just using old router but problem still haopining.

Maybe its my ISP or my PS4?

Do you need to have this extra 'old' router in the chain?

Can you detail your setup please?

My setup, for example, would be...

TalkTalk HG633 (ISP hub/modem combo) > Netduma > Asus RT-N66U (as a wireless access point).

To find out if there are problems with your ISP line:

Download Ping Plotter and run a decent length test (an hour or so) with it, while your computer is connected straight to your ISP hub / modem with an ethernet cable (while nobody is using your connection). Run the test to a large local server, like a national news website or Twitter if you're in the States.

Screenshot the resulting graph and post it up here for us to have a look at.

Make sure you right click the graph at the bottom and change the display to show an hour or so rather than the default 1 minute (because 1 minute will tell us nothing).

No one accessed your router but great to hear its working. I'll close this thread now. Feel free to open another if needed.
