Zennon Posted November 14, 2016 Posted November 14, 2016 Ping a local IP and slow down the interval to 2.5. Test during the day then at peak time at night and get back to us. I am guessing cable by the terrible jitter.
Zennon Posted November 14, 2016 Posted November 14, 2016 You did not slow the interval down like I asked, you will need to to get a real reading for packet loss if you do not. You have jitter, you could show your ISP these plots and see what they say.
