New modem compatibility

I'm thinking about getting a new modem for my Comcast service, the sb6190. Is this one compatible with the Duma because I remember that the sb6183 was not. Thanks

I wouldn't chance it... It seems like the SB modems and the netduma don't play well together

I believe that one is fine but to be safe/not to waste your time may be worth going for another.

Any suggestions on a good Comcast modem that works well with the Duma?

I have tp link tc-7620 easy setup getting 180/25 get it. For 80 on Amazon. It's amazing 16x4 down.

Xfinity certified and approved mode. As well

I have the SB6190 and the duma, they are perfect for each other.

I have the SB6183 with the Duma and Time Warner internet and don't experience any problems, Duma side. BO3 side is a different story.

 

Can anyone elaborate what the issue is with the SB6183?

tellu what i had to drop my cc a lot to get buffer bloat A+, put mine at 98/98 with tp link tc7620   got A+ instantly

seems motorolla doesnt handle data well for gaming, jus all about bam highest band width and fluctuating downloads. thats what you get from a walmart brand i guess, who knew.

That was with sb6120 modem from moto.  Same connection. Had to be at 80 percent cc.  As u can see ping still fluctuate up to 115ms wired test.  Ping says stable 29 but Ya buffer bloat
