VPN problem

everytime i go into a lobby on cod i keep getting the message something went wrong when trying to ping make sure your firewall is not blocking but i have checked every setting between the netduma and the bt homehub 5 and nothing has been changed i have tried factory on both routers but it still persists i have tried switching devices from laptop even to my phone and it still does it i have tried disconnecting the vpn setting on the netduma that hasn't worked i also have tried the port clamp to udp 500 option on the homehub 5 but it still keeps doing it i can't play a game for less than 2 secs and the message pops up sometimes you can reset the page and it will ping again other times the message keeps popping up anyone got any suggestions!!!!

Ad blocker software could be causing it, but since you tried it on multiple devices I doubt this is the case. What virus scanner do you use? Potentially, settings in the virus scanner can be restrictive and cause this issue. Let us know how you get on, we'll get rid of that error :)

Ahhh I read wrong that error msg is normal. If u leave web page or stop doing something on netduma page for like 5 mins it pops up n goes away. Sometimes have to re log In... Does it still allow u to use the netduma? It does it to me when I go play a bo3 game and let phone turn off screen.. I jus click OK and go about what I was doing
