I usually get 80 down and 20 up but today im getting 20 down and 2 up. Ive tried talking to comcast but as usual they never help. abc123 Posted September 18, 2016 Share Posted September 18, 2016 Your power is WWWWAAAAAAAAYYYYY off, it is likely an issue with too many or too few splitters between your modem and your main line. This is a common issue, I have 2 * 2 way splitters in my outside box. the first splits the mainline, it then goes into the second and into the cable modem. So i have one two way splitter between the main line and my modem Here is my channels and signals, everything working perfect.
