b00stg0d
Getting an error is there something I need to uncheck? I've not had any issues before but recently I've changed my network and I have found a sweet spot for CC and priority but it won't save the profile. Have rebooted and it still gives an error. First time issue with saving a profile. for unknown reason.'.Unable to

ColonicBoom
There are a few problems with the Save/Load profiles. If you try to load a profile where something matches an option that is already loaded it can crash. Strangely though, if you just click 'Load' again after it fails, it will often do it straight away without any problems. I know it's not much of a workaround and you've probably already done it, but I just write down any settings like that on my phone in case I factory reset or change things and forget what they were. b00stg0d
right now with my current 50/10Mbps VDSL only network setup I am killing it with CC sliders at 50 and 50 hyperlane port 3074 both, and 80% up/down for priority with share excess ticked. 33ms solid and shots are on point. god like compared to my 100/10 cable modem. A7Legit
I can't save profiles no matter what I do, I've tried just leaving one item checked and still it won't work so I gave up, otherwise I'd have shared some settings with my fellow Aussies but... It wasn't meant to be, hoping DumaOS 2.0.0 fixes that for me.

Take everything out of the hyperlane (not just unticking hyperlane save options, but actually removing all entries in the hyperlane) and it usually resolves the problem. At least that was my issue. Good luck

b00stg0d
Strange that all these devices act so differently. I just made a test save for my current profile and all I did was untick hyperlane and it saved successfully. Good luck guys!

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 29, 2016 Administrators Share Posted September 29, 2016 If it was already loaded then loading it again will result in an error. Will try to make it more clear in the new upgrade.

I just made a test save for my current profile and all I did was untick hyperlane and it saved successfully. Good luck guys! I used to be able to save profiles... Guess hyperlane has a little bug. I had to factory reset the R1 and now it works. Good to know. I was just testing though so I'll leave it as is because I can't be bothered to go through settings again. If it was already loaded then loading it again will result in an error. Will try to make it more clear in the new upgrade. It's failing to save a profile with Hyperlane settings rather than failing to load it. I've seen the error when there's a duplicate setting before but this is a new one for me. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 30, 2016 Administrators Share Posted September 30, 2016 I just gave it a quick test and managed to save it. Make sure each text box has at least 8 characters in it, does that then resolve the issue?
ColonicBoom
I just gave it a quick test and managed to save it. Make sure each text box has at least 8 characters in it, does that then resolve the issue? Nope, didn't work. I made sure at least 8 characters, only thing I was trying to save was hyperlane settings. It says... Unable to save settings because: 'Failed: unable to import profile for unknown reason.'. However, if I deselect 'Save Hyper-Lane' it will allow me to save other settings. Not much of a workaround though because hyperlane is what I want to save. I assume I have too many individual things in hyperlane (8 individual ports) and it's causing it to bug out.

That could be why, that seems excessive and I imagine all the ports are covered by the console service itself
