For us to be able to help you quickly and efficiently a couple of things might help. 1) Follow the questions that are asked on this support thread and please provide answers. This will insure the help you get it tailored to what you need and we don't spend time having you check items that aren't an issue. 2) Timing. The Duma crew are all in the UK, which is about 8 hours ahead of me here in the Pacific Northwest of the US. If you are posting right after work our time, it may take a bit for support to catch up. We want to help and get you set up so you can experience what a lot of us are able to experience with this product. As a side note, I can assure you it's not garbage. It may be the only router in the world that can do as many things to assist in you getting good game play conditions, with updates rolling out free on a regular basis. Don't bash the Duma. I and few others I've played with for years have seen this work first hand. But the Duma is. Not for someone who thinks it will work out of the box. It's for someone who wants to better their game and learn. You my friend should just return it. You obviously are one sided. Duma army doesn't need people like yourself. This site and many others are extremely helpful. As seen with the bo3 ps4 bug. No other router, especially Asus would ever give you tech support with real answers on the hour. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 17, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 17, 2016 That warning is just an aesthetic bug and the settings will have applied successfully. 100% packet loss as in another thread sounds like you've set up device prioritisation to give it no bandwidth or the ethernet cable needs to be replaced. UK_Wildcats_Fans Posted August 17, 2016 Share Posted August 17, 2016 Are you, per chance, playing BO3? After the latest BO3 update, the geo filter is causing issues. Turn off the console. Disable Geo Filter. Turn on console. Start BO3 (or your preferred game). Once fully into the game, turn on Geo Filter (or try with it off).
