major masingil
Hey villejfv, It looks to me like Fraser asked you to set up a 1 on 1 so he could take a look. Then I see you ask to just send it back. Did you ever schedule that with him, or did you just immediately stop trying when he said it would be better if he could remote into your router and take a look instead of having you ship it back to the UK? I've seen them accept responsibility without batting an eyelash for messed up routers, but the person who got the refund or new router always went through the 1 on 1 process first

major masingil
i said anytime so i wait it for him to tell me what time I'd send him a personal message for a 1 on 1 with a link to your thread. That way he can get all back up to speed with your issues. These folks are good people and they'll definitely look out for your best interests. I've seen them do it dozens of times Use this link and follow any instructions on it to start the process. http://forum.netduma.com/forum/64-1-on-1-support/

major masingil
i don't know what i need to do all i see is like another forum Click on "request a one on one" and then after that opens click on start a new topic on the right side of the screen. Plus just send Fraser a personal message telling him you're requesting a 1 on 1. They're a really small company so don't get discouraged if he doesn't get back to you right away. They'll do you justice.

major masingil
If you are party leader you need to make sure your friends are on your "allowed list" you will need to turn off your geofilter and add them one at a time to your allowed list. once they're added you can turn the geofilter back on and all will be right with the world. Do you know how to add servers and friends to your allowed list? if not, look it up it will help you. If I'm in a party, i usually turn the geofilter off anyway because just being in a party usually sets my latency way higher than my normal geofilter settings depending on where the people in my party are located. Normally my ping is in the low to mid 20 ms, but in a party it's usually up in the 50-80's ms. If you're the host, and you have the geofilter on, your games should stay within your settings range. villejfv
I didn't have to do that before, I used to just open the geo filter when someone was getting blocked and it automatically allowed them in, my friend are in the allowed list but sometimes when I'm playing by myself and someone random invites me then i can't join and he can't join me, at that point I try to turn off geo filter but nothing changes I always need to reboot the router when playing with new people, and I really don't want to stop using geo filter as that's the main reason i bought netduma
villejfv
It used to work perfect until the upgrade before the the one we are now
major masingil
I understand what you're saying. I'm just telling you what the recommendation is for parties. When that random person invites you they may be somewhere that is outside of your geo settings which would cause them not to be able to join. Having to reboot the router everytime is the reason Fraser suggested sending him a pm for a 1 on 1. Something may have went wrong when you upgraded to .5 firmware.
