Hey, welcome to the forum!

How are you trying to connect to the router? Via WiFi or ethernet?

Do you have an internet connection through the duma?

Can you access the interface if you go to http://192.168.88.1or http://R1 ?

If you follow this guide so the router is isolated http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000022375-i-unticked-preserve-settings-when-upgrading-can-t-access-my-router-helpare you able to access the interface?

Did you at least turn off the ISP router before you added the Netduma to the network? And leave it off for a few minutes to allow it to clear the RAM?

This is the lan page http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000028205-lan-settings

But I am guess you do not mean that and mean the congestion control http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000030775-optimum-settings

Use the knowledge base for any question imaginable in the search box.
