Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 10, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 10, 2016 Hey, welcome to the forum! How are you trying to connect to the router? Via WiFi or ethernet? Do you have an internet connection through the duma? Can you access the interface if you go to http://192.168.88.1or http://R1 ? If you follow this guide so the router is isolated http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000022375-i-unticked-preserve-settings-when-upgrading-can-t-access-my-router-helpare you able to access the interface? ColonicBoom
Did you at least turn off the ISP router before you added the Netduma to the network? And leave it off for a few minutes to allow it to clear the RAM?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 10, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 10, 2016 Following that guide so that it is isolated i.e. with the router only connected to power and ethernet connected to port 2 to PC. WiFi off on PC you can't access via 192.168.1.1?
