Sky dosn't use PPoE it uses MER which the Duma does not support at this time , I have an  Openreach modem connected to an Asus router then the Duma, If you need to get your Sky username and password i have a video on how to get it below. Once you get it you can use a non Sky router.

Okay I've sorted it out guys thnx for all the advice, i was able to connect the Netduma to a billion modem/router without needing the sky hub or the open reach modem which i am very happy about! now that i know billion modems work with Sky's mer system im going to invest in a high end router as currently i have an older 8800nl version i hear the new ones are really good anyway so if anyone on sky like me wants to get rid of that God awful sky router purchase a billion! Good luck! - In terms of connection ive noticed considerable improvement but id take this with a pinch of salt as you know COD is known for its temperamental connections one day good the other day garbage but im finally doing good!
