azleb Posted July 8, 2016 Share Posted July 8, 2016 Hi Everyone I am having issues accessing some menu's on the Netduma router. I can only access Profiles, Network Monitor, Internet diagnostics, Host Analysis, Help Tours, Settings and support. I have factory reset the modem, power cycled it, tried different browsers, cleared cache and used different machines. If you have any other suggestions please let me know. Unfortunately it didnt If you right click the page, click 'Inspect Element' and then click 'Console' are there any red error messages? If there are can you screen shot them and post them here. If you're on 6G, go to the upgrade page, -UNTICK- "check version", load the 6G file and then upgrade. Please post back here with the results If you're on 6H, don't do the above, let us know instead.
