Unable to access Netduma Router Menu's

Hi Everyone

 

I am having issues accessing some menu's on the Netduma router. I can only access Profiles, Network Monitor, Internet diagnostics, Host Analysis, Help Tours, Settings and support.

 

I have factory reset the modem, power cycled it, tried different browsers, cleared cache and used different machines.

 

If you have any other suggestions please let me know. I have attached a couple screen shots.

Yes I actually changed the theme to see if it made any difference. Unfortunately it didnt

If you right click the page, click 'Inspect Element' and then click 'Console' are there any red error messages? If there are can you screen shot them and post them here.

I have checked i don't see anything wrong. I have attached the screen shot.

What version of the firmware are you using? If you're on 6G, go to the upgrade page, -UNTICK- "check version", load the 6G file and then upgrade. Please post back here with the results :)

 

If you're on 6H, don't do the above, let us know instead.

I am currently using version 1.03.6g. I cant find 1.03.6h anywhere on the site can you link me to it please?

There is virtually no difference between g & h, just a EULA. As you are on g you CAN follow the instructions above.

I have flashed the firmware and still having the same issue.
