RobReapz
I saved a profile due to not wanting to keep changing my congestion control page and for some reason whenever i load the profile up it seems the geo filter is operational even tho it is showing as disabled and i never enabled it when saving. any ideas why? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 26, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 26, 2016 So you're saying it appears to be blocking even though it's disabled? Can you take a screenshot please?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 27, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 27, 2016 If you do a hard refresh on the page Ctrl + F5 does the Geo-filter now say enabled? What browser are you using? We highly recommend Google Chrome/Firefox as they work best with the router. If after a hard refresh it doesn't say enabled does it still block when you search? If you untick strict mode does it allow connections?

If the profile you created does not include a save/load of the geo filter settings, then the existing geo filter settings (before you click to load the profile) will remain. edit - ignore me, I misunderstood the problem. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 28, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 28, 2016 Save your profile settings except any Geo-filter settings, export it, then do a reset from misc settings. Then import your profile, do you still get the issue?
RobReapz
Couldnt be bothered to factory reset lol but rebooted and deleted dodgy profile and edited another profile without any geo settings and it seems to be working as it should now, will do abit of testing when i get some time to see if problem still appears. cheers
