What are the best NetDuma Settings for Black Ops 3 UMG/GB

I'm looking to optimize my netduma for competitive matches on umg and gb for black ops 3.

What will give me a better connection to get more kills? 

I play on the Xbox One.

xbox in hyper traffic lane, congestion control sliders at 70% upload and download. that's usually all I ever do for multiplayer FPS games.  I hardly ever use the Geo filter anymore iunless there's a specific area I want to get servers in, but if you're using the Geofilter you'll want to have a small radius and ping assist set to about double your base ping.  sometimes when you use the geofilter it takes longer to find low ping lobbbies.  search the forums a bit for people's recommendations on geofilter settings.  I also think there's a pre-made COD profile set up which a lot of people use for COD

All of the above is pretty much it and manage congestion in your own home.  The geo filter won't matter at all nor will the ping in this instance.  UMG and GB's are all private lobby player hosted games.

70/70 anti-flood, console in hyper traffic. You can't really use the Geo-filter as you're matching against specific people
