Please contact http://forum.netduma.comwith this message any suggestions would be greatly appreciated I had a problem before, when I tried to load settings that were already active. For example, if I already had my Xbox One in hyperlane and I was trying to load profile which would then put the Xbox One in hyperlane it would clash and error. Are you trying to load any settings that all already active? What happens when you try to load it again? As in, try to load the profile and if it errors then immediately try to load the profile again - that worked for me.
ColonicBoom
also just done a ping test and the results are horrible! Ping Jitter Spikes Packet Loss Terrible Terrible Terrible Lost 1 This could be caused by so many things. It could be Google's server, your ISP line, your setup or something as simple as a dodgy cable. Can you please detail your setup and post some screenshots of your Netduma settings for us? Then we will have a better idea of where to start. For example, my setup is as follows: ISP hub (TalkTalk) > Netduma (in DMZ) > Xbox One or ISP hub (Virgin Media 'Superhub 3' in modem mode) > Netduma > Asus Dark Knight > Xbox One If you provide the screenshots/info from here it will help a lot. http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=lag_support_instructions
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted June 13, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted June 13, 2016 For the ping issue, also try and ping a different server like 8.8.4.4 and see what the ping is like
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 13, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 13, 2016 The error is flagging up device prioritisation. Is there perhaps a device that was connected that isn't anymore, or is now connected but wasn't when you made the profile? Un tick load device prioritisation, save then load, does it work? Paddee1987
yeh ive sorted this problem out with unticking load device prioritization. ive just had a major issue tho the internet has totaly gone down kept coming up cant find dns when trying to load webpages and when it was working the speeds are really slow. when cc slides 100% all distribution reset etc i was barely getting 40 mb upload when i should get 150. with the errors with dns i tried factory resetting but the misc page didnt seem to open properly, my psn downloads were really slow but sinvce removing my netduma from the network and resetting my super hub back into router mode my speeds have gone back to what they should be and my psn downloads are minutes rather than 60 mins to download updates etc. ive unplugged it for now because cant be arsed with going through it tonight but am willing to hear suggestions to what could possibly fix this.; thanks

We would really need to see your settings and setup to work out what was causing the speed issues though - it could be something very simple and quick to fix. When you get it set back up, if the problem recurs, let us know and we'll have a look for you.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 14, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 14, 2016 Have you changed your DNS in duma settings at all? Try other DNS servers, perhaps Googles DNS and see if you get the same issues.
Paddee1987
Fraser I had changed them using the dnsbench tutorial on this forum also if I factory reset shouldn't it set that all back to normal? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 15, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 15, 2016 Yes would have set back to normal. If they're having major maintenance then sounds like that is the issue.
