snide3
I purchased the NETDUMA device in January 2016. For some reason the device has stopped functioning. The power light comes on, but no other lights are active. When I attempt to go to the admin interface (192.168.88.1), nothing appears. I have performed a reset, power cycle and unplugged the device for over an hour, none of this worked. Any assistance you can provide. Thank you. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 9, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 9, 2016 Hey, welcome to the forum! Apologies for the late reply. Can you unplug the router from everything for 24hrs and then try to access it please. If that doesn't work please post in the request 1 on 1 section after reading the pinned thread and I'll take a look.
