We need more information , where do you live , what version of firmware , do you have the service set up correctly?

 

Have you networked diagnosed if your ISP has a jitter issue by testing in the evening at peak time? etc.

Do you have bleeding edge cloud ticked and applied?

 

Who is your ISP?

 

Testing your connection at 8pm onwards gives us a better veiw of your jitter.

 

You can test with the netduma diags or ping plotter https://www.pingplotter.com/download.html

 

Typing 8.8.8.8 or bbc.co.uk into target and pressing go to save the screen , file > save image then upload them here for us.
