Zennon
Use ping plotter https://www.pingplotter.com/download.html Type 8.8.8.8 or any other local IP into target and press go, it is best to test on a night around 8pm onwards to check for ISP congestion. File : save image , if you want to upload the results to the forum.
kinel
Cheers i have done that a few moths ago Lol it was your advise i followed i rember posting the results on here Thanks again zennon for your time and help
Zennon
Your line can change in hours, I run tests daily and before I game. Your ISP adds new users added and do not add extra bandwidth and boom jitter and speed low downs.

Zennon
Test with a new Ethernet between your ISP router and the duma. Also test straight from the ISP router and upload the plot.

He replaced the face plate and it fixed the problem. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-BT-Openreach-NTe5a-Master-Socket-MARK-3-vDSL-ADSL-Phone-Filter-Box-/262428903702?hash=item3d19fb4916:g:VZ8AAOSwBLlVIv5r

Zennon
Packets have to re-transmit until they get to their destination then you receive a packet to say it got there.
