PPlotter, google vs others at peak time

Cheers Zennon, I have been going through the trouble shooting tasks in order to try and find the culprit. Even thinking of trying my tp link modem to see if its the r1.

There is no filter as I am on bt infinity1 but will try swapping out cables. I have already tried all the ethernet ones so will give the cable from the faceplate a swap out.

Filters in VDSL face plates can fail also http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2050601.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xbt+vdsl+mk+3.TRS0&_nkw=bt+vdsl+mk+3&_sacat=0

My brain is fried on this shit, when I ping using the cmd prompt I get zero packet loss but PP is telling me I am getting 8% at destination on the very same servers.

I will keep an eye on things but even at peak time (when google server is usually awful for me) I am getting good results after changing the whole box and vdsl plate.

I had never heard the term VDSL until just a couple of weeks ago.  Having switched over to it for my dedicated gaming line, I am very happy with the quality and the results.
