NYC Dedicated hosts are bad for everyone else

Why haven't we been able to ban ANY NYC dedicated hosts? I've been asking for it...it's literally the ONLY thing ruining my in game connections. I've sent Fraser the ID for the one NYC dedi I get stuck with.....From Ohio, or any other midwestern player this is essential!

You can't temp ban it?

You can temporarily ban them but you can't permanently ban them as it could ruin your gaming experience.

Temp ban isn't an option for this server for some reason. I understand there may be a nest of hosts in NYC but this one seems to be reoccurring every time. I tweeted you the ID, I'll get it again and post here.

 

For what it's worth, I tried not actively using the R1 and had a much better connection in game. By that I mean I didn't open my R1 in Windows. I confused to say the least. I am definitely on the latest version. Thanks for any help you have. =)

If you can post the ID, I would be happy to see if I can camp it and then ban it.  I have not yet met a dedi that I can't temp ban with this new update, so this would be a fun test.

I hate when we get the NY hosts.  It always plays so inconsistently and erratically.

I think the thing there is you're not constantly looking at the ping, just focusing on the game
