nffcbaz72
As title, still can not create my own profile, or even tried to download one, comes up with errors each one. When creating one, it says this name is too long etc. Thanks in advance.
Zennon
You have to fill in all type boxes and you can not just type 1 or . it has to be a description for it to work.
nffcbaz72
I've done that Zennon, made names really long, filled in all the boxes, and error code again.

Zennon
Have you tried rebooting from Misc settings or hard boot by turning it off for 5 mins?
RADDY1993
I kept get an error, you need to remove the device you have in Hyper-Traffic then you can import a profile.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 21, 2016 Administrators Share Posted February 21, 2016 You've mentioned this in another thread I believe. Iain will take a look at this Monday, he was in a meeting on Friday preventing him from having a look then.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 25, 2016 Administrators Share Posted February 25, 2016 After a 1 on 1 the issue was saving the Geo-filtering services would not work when devices selected were using ports instead of the standard services. Use the normal services and it will save fine. Will check if there is a reason for this or if it is a bug.
