MakoShark222
Use Firefox or Google chrome as your browser. Make sure VPN is turned off. Using Firefox and it looks as if nothing if VPN. Does VPN have a button to turn it off because nothing is checked there.

Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted February 2, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted February 2, 2016 bump Still not working no ping or trace route. Can you make sure that no devices are selected on the VPN even if you aren't using it. It should be a grey colour (instead of white) when it isn't selected
