Black Ops 3 still showing Moderate NAT type

Every single time I time I hop on to play Black Ops 3 I have a moderate NAT Type even though I had an open NAT before I switched to the Netduma R1. I've tried putting the Netduma in the DMZ using my modem/router combo, I've enabled UPnP, I've tried ticking on upnp forwarding on the miscellaneous settings, and I made sure to disable the geo-filter for my PS4 before I try to play Black Ops 3. I've also made sure to restart my Netduma and my modem/router combo and my PS4 every time I change my settings. The PS4 says my NAT type is type 2 when I test my connection but I'm still getting a moderate NAT type when I play Black Ops 3. My Netduma is running the latest firmware (1.03.5m) so any help to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Yes the GeoFilter was disabled when I rebooted everything and my NAT type is still moderate

Ok, well hopefully Iain or Fraser can take a look.

Just so they know, in chat we tried port forwarding everything instead of DMZ, checked that DMZ was correct, rebooted everything etc. The ports were being triggered in the UPnP but didn't seam to be getting forwarded by the router. iirc it was an arris router. Also checked and all port forwarding was removed.

Yes that is correct and unfortunately none of that worked. I hope it's not somethings with my ISP that is causing this.

Do you get open NAT without the Netduma?

If not then it's probably an ISP issue. Can you try on the original router forwarding ports 1024-65535 for tcp & udp to the Netduma. Then have Geo-Filter disabled. Does that fix it?

We tried that and it didn't work :)

It's the Arris. Guaranteed. I had the same problem. There is a way to get into the Arris and change settings as well.

I had to forward ports on my friends or it would stay moderate. And he has a secondary router. Those are just the user names and passwords. I had to dig a little to find exactly what to do but it's online somewhere. Let me know if you need me to find it.
