As above, look initially when you boot the game. If you don't see this then you're unlikely to see it when you're on the game. If you don't see it check the device manager and confirm the device you think it is has its IP match with the IP on the actual device so you can be sure you've added the right device to the Geo-Filter.

Caching would make it faster but in some cases it can speed it up to clear the cache and then recache each page. This might be dependent on the age of the router you have as I haven't noticed it being particularly slow
So theres no times where you noticing it happen more? As it can happen if you try to access the interface/page too quick after a reboot.

    Hola Zeru,

    Hi Zeru,
I think I replied to an email or something with this question? Maybe I responded here but the forum changes have deleted the post before you could see it. Sorry about that!
In short don't worry too much about your phone - I would keep it connected via WiFi to the Netduma. Games use very little bandwidth (<0.5mbps) so anything you carry out on your phone shouldn't affect the game much if at all.
Set Anti-Flood to 70/70 and try gaming with your phone on. It should play fine no matter what you do with your phone

No other workaround, one router has to do PPPoE. Either movistar or R1. With R1 you get lower speeds to best option is DMZ of movistar

It's a trade-off really. If you're only able to get your full speeds with QoS disabled then it's your choice. If you want full speeds at any time, you know you can always disable QoS. I'd recommend doing that if you're downloading or something, and not in a heavy gaming session.
If you're gaming though you should probably just sacrifice your speeds and use QoS - these settings are pretty indispensable when it comes to reducing lag.

DumaOS will keep improving, so there could be multiple new version throughout the next few weeks. The priority is to get everyone who wants to upgrade to DumaOS on it as soon as possible without being dumb and risking by sending it out to everyone in one go and then finding a problem.
We're making good progress through the list and as you can see if you look around the dedicated subforum, only minor things have been found so it's looking good. Please bear with us!

Another batch of download links have just been sent out.
Apologies to everyone asking where they are in the queue - it takes a long time to look everyone up as it's all in Mailchimp which hasn't been designed to facilitate that - so we won't be looking any more up now.
Hopefully it won't be a much longer wait for you.

I bought my Netduma back in August of 2015, I find it kind of ridiculous I wasn’t even sent an invite and had to come here and dig through forum posts to find out this was released. On top of that, I don’t automatically get a beta code even though you guys stated early adopters would, so now I have to sit on a list that you guys are slowly rolling out. Just wow

BaloMatias reacted to Zennon in Ping Plotter Quick Guide
Fraser has asked me to post a guide for PingPlotter, I will keep it simple like myself, here goes..

    Download PingPlotter Here

Type a close IP to your region I usually use twitter.com or .co.uk but as i write this both were connecting to the US as I am in the UK I have set the ping plot to bbc.co.uk.

Typing bbc.co.uk into the target address bar leaving the interval at 2.5 then pressing enter on your keyboard or the go button.

A congested line looks like this.

You can see the ping in real time, the ping numbers are listed to the left of the plot.
I achieved this by setting my congestion control sliders to 100% each so that the duma was not helping with local congestion thus saturating the line.
If you have a ISP issue from say a Intel PUMA 6 based CPU in a modem or ISP congestion an BT line fault (US/World infrastructure alternative) or even a faulty Ethernet cable, RJ11 or faulty Master socket face plate your line may look like this even when you set your sliders lower.

This is a line idle with minimal traffic being used that does not use a PUMA 6 based chipset or have any network issues.

This is a line downloading a full width saturating the line but using the duma congestion control at 70% each way

If you would like to post a bad result to the forum or save a plot to prove to your ISP there is an issue after ruling out your own network then press File and click on save image and this will give you an image of the GUI at that moment for you.

BaloMatias reacted to Netduma Admin in Announcement: DumaOS on Netduma R1 in Final Beta Testing
If you recall, the legal issue was that we found out we had to make sure the R1 would be backwards compatible. So if you installed DumaOS and then wanted to revert back to the original R1 firmware, you could. This was a huge curve ball for us as we had to redesign how DumaOS connected into the R1.
As is no doubt evident now, it  turned out to be a bigger task than we expected. Thankfully, we've overcome it and we're now in the final stages of beta testing!

I’m currently beta testing DumaOS on the R1, I was also privileged to be involved in the XR500 & XR700 testing phases. DumaOS is beautiful & a fantastic piece of software that will enhance your gaming experience. DumaOS performs on the R1 as well as it does on the more powerful Netgear routers. Congratulations to the Netduma team, you should be proud of what you’ve achieved. Now’s the time to look forward to the imminent release, don't dwell on the past, it's been a long wait but it will be worth it, especially as it’s FREE!

We have some good news to share: DumaOS for the Netduma R1 is now in the final stages of beta testing!
As many of you know, this has taken so much longer than we anticipated, but our developers have now resolved all the major issues. This means that DumaOS for the R1 is stable and crucially, backwards compatible, so you can go back to the original R1 firmware if you prefer. A big thank you to all the beta testers who worked tirelessly with us to get to this point.
We are tidying up some last loose ends to make it ready for full release. We will let you know it is ready to download across all our media platforms. Be sure to sign up to the DumaOS mailing list so you are the first to know when it's out.
    Stay tuned!

It's really difficult with that firmware - Allow & Deny is one of the main things we wanted to overhaul in DumaOS. When you get DumaOS you'll just have a nice table of hosts and be able to edit them a lot easier.

Most of the complaints are by people missing certain small features such as ping assist or experiencing issues which are being investigated and fixed.

The hardware is fantastic, great WiFi and has no issue running DumaOS. You get the best software with the best hardware. Equally DumaOS will come to the R1 so it's your decision.
