it wouldnt connect if the bandwidth was that low, never load, Why would ever want the game to go lower? you trying to turn your graphics into minecraft? You guys need to figure out whats the goal. Figure out whats more important first to you. Once that is dialed in then work on the next weakest point in your gaming experience.

it always will unless you use OOS to dumb down your connection to under 4mbs. This is why when you upgrade your internet connection to a faster speed and the game gets worse the Lag compression engine just going to handicap you more no cod as ever use 5mb or higher

Have had a few people dm me about the nolag setup video being removed for console, anyone know if there is another video for it, i think i remember the steps if they need to be posted if there is no more video

The benefit from nolag to like express is that nolag does not have all the security bloot to kill you ping

NOLAG does no work that way, its not a real vpn service. why the ping is low when using no lag, and if your on ps5 how are you getting nolag to work? with express you can manual config to the dumas hybrid vpn section, nolag you have to run the app on pc, then hot spot the console to it if you want to use it that way

just my 2cents i would want to set up everything new instead of adding a config file based of a older firmware, but yes agree it does take long to reset everything up again

I was feeling the same exact way before i purchased mine. I want any extra edge i can get, I am a firm believer that PING IS KING and i would always have a 30 to 60 ping. With netdumas QOS and geo filter features im able to get 9ms to 20ms 98% of the time. When i play multiplayer i can force host and just run circles around the lobby. Plus you can control all the bandwidth to every ones device connected to the router. Your wife / girlfriend acting dumb with you - lol babe i don't know why you can't watch netflix, got kids not listening, you just became the bandwidth police

i dont really use wifi on my netduma but when i do connect a device to it i noticed just with 5g wifi in genneral there is a ton of interference when it comes to 5g wifi. make sure to take the channel off auto i had to same problems. 65 ended up working for me but it caused noise in my headset. i had to 20 and now have no problems at all when i do connect to wifi

speaking of mobile app its asking for user name and pass word, i tried the forums user name and password and my routers admin and password and neither will log into the app

i have fios i was able to complete remove the fios router and only have the r2 connected. if this is a option for you, you should try it

Do the congestion auto setup mine said 98% download 10% upload I gave the same connection as you. I took out the fios router completely out of the equation. I only have my r2 connected and I’m melting check out my videos here instagram.com/owuh_gaming

pretty happy with it, when i do the interntel speed test im getting a little over 1gige on my fios connection and with the fios router i was only getting 6 to 800mbs

Just got mine today, took it out plugged it in, i plugged the main line into the r2 causei wanted to run it directly because i need to give my fios router back to frontier soon. it wouldnt detect the internet and the 192.168.77.1 wouldnt work either , i had to reset the router a couple times connect the fios router then piggy back the r2 onto it, then after words i was able to get the r2 to run on its own. so far so good. connection solid. feels really good, winning some pretty crazy gun fights too, i noticed people not popping up in my party chat on the geo filter tho. is this the current version R2 3.0.123 ?

so if i remember correctly the g1100 does not have any wires going to the tv or to the phone. they connect straight from the OTA. to connect the r1 first you need only the ethernet cable coming out of the wall then connect the g1100 to the r1 then the fios tv box if it connect wires then it will still have all the permissions from the g1100 but yeah to keep this thread simple its meant for fios customers with internet only =) i use directv for television service

why if i can remember correctly, you have coax going from wall to g1100 router, but your tv boxes and phone dont connect to the g1100, have frontier come out and run rj45 from the ota to the wall where your modem sits

Yes better, ditch the coax for rj45 and have netduma first with only xbox connected to that then the fios quantum gateway then connect all other devices to the quantum

Dmz on the quantum is crap. It still needs another software upgrade Frontier said. Even though it's in dmz it's still behind the quantums firewall. I did it that way first and noticed a better connection to bo3, but after putting the r1 first then quantum and connecting everything to the quantum besides xbox there is a huge difference

Sorry I took so long to reply back. No I only use fios for Internet and phone. I use directv for tv. I'm pretty sure you can. My phone was never connected to the quantum router and I'm sure your tv is not either.

So finally had the chance to set up my g1100 modem/router behind the r1, I have all my wifi devices connected to the fios router and only my 2 xboxes connected to the r1. Now I just need to tweak the r1 for optimal connection

Vrz tech support are idiots. Don't even waist your time calling unless it's to switch from coax to Ethernet. I just got my netduma this pass monday. I connected my r1 to my fios g1100 router and tried to put it in pass through / bridge mode and frontier wanted to charge me for premium technically support which is insane. Then go find out this g1100 modem router combo does not have a pass through feature. Vrz says to put the 3rd party router in DMZ but unfortunately with the g110 quatum gateway even in DMZ there is still restriction from the firewall. I used the netduma device manger page to allow me to connect to www.myfiosgateway.com then I logged in went to my connection / broadband and hit the release button there. As soon as the light on the g1100 turned red I unplugged the Ethernet cable and plugged it straight to the r1 taking the g1100 completely out of the equation. Waited a couple min then rebooted the netduma and stated pub stomping even harder in BO3. I need to just fine tune the r1 now. Also need to figure out if 2 XBOXones can play cod at the same time and both have a open nat. With the fios g1100 I put one xb1 in DMZ and the other port forwarded but which ever xb1 turned on first got the open nat type the 2nd xb1 would get put in moderate but both xb1's under all settings / network settings / nat type: open on both. (Only in cod one will say moderate) I also seen another user put their fios router after the netduma, I would like to do that 2, have my game consoles connected to the netduma then every other device to the fios g1100.
