No, keep qos sliders at 100% and set you download and upload to 30 / 5 and see how that works for you move up 10mb at a time to see if it makes a difference for you everyone's gaming environment is different for older cods i use to run 20 / 5 for multiplayer. also again i have mine set to 60 / 10 because my over all bandwidth is 2gige and the duma only supports up to 1gige so pretty much its like my sliders are at 50% by default

if you want the fastest dns for your location download dns benchmark tool GRC's | DNS Nameserver Performance Benchmark

sure, and i have posted this many times though out this whole forum, ping use to be king up to call of duty ghost , they reversed the lag compression engine so the player with the worst connection got favored and the players with fast / good internet got handicapped. Faster your connection the worst your game experience on call of duty. the 60 / 10 is actually 30 / 5 it manipulates the lag compression engine, and it gives you better hit detection and if you do not use a geo filter it will put you in lobbies close to your physical location. Just remember the more you dedicate your internet to your gaming experience the worst the internet is going to be for all other nongaming devices in your house hold.

CALL OF DUTY IS MANIPULATING YOU

port forward correct ports for your device then turn off upnp and you will have open nat if you have multiple devices on the same network and you have port forwarding for your device and your nat type is not set to open close the game reboot the router and it will get your device to priority and give you the open nat type, sometimes when your device is off and you have poeple in the house hold playing when your not it could give them the open nat -
MW3 MP - 60 down 10 up with both sliders at 100% is the sweet spot for me. 2 and 3 ping lobbies all day long with geo filter enabled to home pin. Current warzone download and upload set to full 1000mb and the qos sliders at 100% download 100% upload i have a 2gige fiber internet so duma only supporting 1gige pretty much makes my sliders 50%. will see what warzone is looking like tomorrow.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Introducing the Netduma R3

Do not know if this has been asked already but why no support for up to 2 and 5gig internet connections? -
SBMM so tight on this game i keep getting multiple hackers on the enemy team in every game i played last night.
-
Play the 24/7 game modes SBMM doesn't feel as strong as quick play This version of cod is the worst tho, i drop a 50 plus bomb then next game no bullet registration hit detection out the window, super nerfed. the game will put the worst bots in the world all on my team There is gaming VPN's that do not physically change your geo location just manipulate it to think you are somewhere else but you still get to play on local servers, i have YouTube videos about it

Is higher download latency actually better in COD ?
TODDzillaInLA replied to unknownid's topic in Call of Duty Support
Don't be lazy and test for your self (FAFO!) theres 100's of post on this already, after the original modern warfare 3 they dropped Ghost in 2013 and they reversed the LCE so now the faster your internet connection the more call of duty handicaps you. And have patients. Unfortunately there's other things going on more important then just this forum lol -

everyone's environment is different, you need to adjust and find out whats best for you, for the mw3 beta i had to move mine to 50% / 90% for warzone 1 and warzone 2 70% / 70% and for mw2 mp I leave them at 100% but i change my bandwidth to 30mb down / 10mb up -

This is a PC only thing, console players can not get banned or shadowbanned. Only thing they can do to a console player is a communication time out. If a console player is caught boosting or camo unlock with a moded it obby the account can get stripped and restarts back at zero but still does not get banned

LOL when did this turn into a hacker forum? go by cheats or a Cronus if you want to change your input device and icon. SMH

Unable to get into a game using Geo-Filter
TODDzillaInLA replied to Kaveman42's topic in Call of Duty Support
Definitely network congestion try using a different DNS alsoduring during different times of the day / night you got more people playing then others so if your in norcal and your not using a geo filter more then likely its putting you in Ohio / Texas or Illinois server Yes, if you use your geo map and you connect to a server you can see the ip, then next game can have the same location but different ip, usually these servers are in school or big business so some locations can have over 100 different ip addresses depending on how many servers are running in that location. cause you do not have the geo filter set up correctly. when you load up the game, the game logs your geo location. so when you enable your geo filter to a different place from where you live the game is trying to figure out what is going on why it takes for ever to find a game sometimes. Clear your save game data and profile set your geo location then launch the game Less people on so your prob getting put in a cali server somewhere or in Washington, when your in a lobby you like use your geo filter and save the address to your list, then use you geo filter to keep looking you into that server group. -

if you want to improve latency then play as close as possible to the local server in your area what the videos i posted im getting 2 to 3 ping and melting people. one of the videos the dude is lighting me up and i still won the gunfight watch my youtube videos i show how to get real bot lobbies if thats what you are looking for. 70 ping and your 50/50 fights is connection issue on your side. The LCE handicaps you the faster your internet connection is. Use QOS to dumb it down. how you are playing with the geo filter is why your getting these high pings and on top of it the game thinks your are alot father then where you really are so your getting the spongy bullet effect people are taking about, you are taking a L all the way around because of your settings -

those high kd's are not sometimes that skilled, the majority of them barely play and have a low kill count and they cater to there kd to keep it high, once they start going negative in a game they will dashboard. my KD is a 1.4 in MP but i have Orion on every gun and i actually have the weapon grand master challenge completed (1000 kills with every weapon in the game after Orion camo was unlocked, so getting 1000 kills with launchers and knifes and all those really bad guns in the game wrecks your kd but im almost at 100k kills -
the game is not broken this is a connection issue on your side that you need to figure out. Every new version of cod the LCE just handicaps faster internet connections harder to make the game fair for people with $hit internet
