@Sgt-Greco does the expressVNP slow down your connection and has a lot of packet loss? being playing on Washington dc server with it and im dealing with 5% packet loss playing b06 beta and warzone.

this has nothing to do with the R3 these are the servers that treyarch has open for us.( for the beta) i normally play on new york,Washington ,jersey and philadelphia servers with warzone, mw2 and mw3 ,but for the beta im currently just playing on washington and cininnati. dont tweak nothing, dont change nothing, just play on simple geo-filter and increased the filter size. let the game do its thing.

what helps me the most is by capping my bandwidth iniside the R3. for an example i have 1gb fiber and look how i capped my speed below for the BEST bufferbloat and the LOWEST jitter possible. the congestion controll % i always use is between 70% 65% 50%. @Mach3r
