Reboot the router and then see if it occurs again please

Okay thank you, I think it's a cloud issue which we're looking at currently and will make a change to shortly that should hopefully resolve it

Can't tell for certain but please set reserved IP addresses for your devices in Settings > DHCP, once you've done them all reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes then monitor it

Yes that's correct, it won't cause any issues with QoS.
Game servers don't respond to traditional pings so we try to be clever in order to get a successful ping but it doesn't always work. It will then try to fall back to the trace method which won't give you the correct ping in most cases but hopefully somewhere near it, however this can also fail.

Networking is not a stable thing, the server load changes, your ISP load changes etc, depends on the time of day, time of the year etc. What you're doing is actually great and what I would personally recommend, find the settings that work for you and then fine tune them again when they're not working.

With Share Excess enabled on Bandwidth Allocation devices will be able to exceed their allocation if they need it so you'll see speeds up to the Congestion Control limit and so you'll know it's working if that is the limit.
We're still improving that feature so if it puts it to 100% Congestion Control won't be doing much so best to manually change it for the moment.

No you don't need to, they'll apply immediately, you're very welcome!

Ahh I see, you won't be able to force with Ping Assist enabled so set that to 0 and see if you have better luck then.
I think it's given you the triangle as it recorded a max ping as one point of 100 but looks like the overall result is good so I don't think you need to worry

Glad to hear that. There is no specific reason why that would happen but gaming doesn't require much bandwidth so it's possible giving it too much for some reason makes the game play worse

Yeah the browser isn't great, if it's all good from a PC then it will be the same for the console.
It's up to you, use Always if you want it to always apply or Auto-Enable when you're just gaming.

Can you start by performing a speed test on a PC in RJ45 via the R2.
Console test servers are generally not optimized!

We wouldn't have sent you out a faulty unit so that won't be it. Disable Adblocker and IPv6 in LAN/WAN as well as the protection options in WAN and see if it improves at all.

The Vlan ID is only available after configuration of the R2 (Work in progress 🤙
Unfortunately the initialization configuration doesn't support it yet.
But you can find it on the administration page.

I believe I mentioned what had happened in a previous post - we don't update it to the latest but we have to flash the software onto the router in the first place

No, they are not fingerprints, I would have wiped them off…they are smudges. Again, I haven't had a chance to install it yet, so I will keep you updated

Great to hear you've managed to get it all sorted! You may need to resync the cloud first and then it should work but as above it's something we're continuing to develop and it is quite new

The app is very early on in development is why it’s not as robust as actually logging into the router on pc.
glad to see that with resetting things your connection seems to have improved. Sometimes we over complicate things ourselves but that’s how we learn. I hope things stay on the good side. Keeps us updated! 🖖🏾
