  1. Two IPv4 addresses, or one IPv4 and one IPv6? It may have renewed the IP and changed, but the old one is still visible in the Device Manager. Is this causing any problems? If so what are the symptoms?
  2. We're not sure yet I'm afraid, we'll keep you up-to-date.
  3. Hey everyone, In case you're not subscribed, we've just announced our new mobile view for DumaOS over on our YouTube channel. This now means that DumaOS is optimised for mobile web browsers, with the welcome addition of some really cool new features. We'll first be releasing this on the R2 in the form of a new firmware, shortly followed by the NETGEAR Nighthawk Pro Gaming and Telstra platforms. Here you'll be able to use mobile view from the web browser. The long term plan is then to integrate it into our own App as well as the native Apps of our partners, such as NETGEAR and Telstra. Check the video out here:
  4. Sorry to hear that, we fixed an issue which was causing disconnections for most people in the latest firmware.
  5. Do you have access to the DumaOS interface when it's in this state? Do all devices lose connection or is it just wireless devices that are losing connectivity?
  6. It'd require an additional port on the back of the router I'd assume, but other than that OpenWRT probably accommodates for it so I'll discuss the idea with the team.
  7. That is bizarre, I suppose it's not in their best interest to suggest you use something other than their router and their service. In the same way, it's in my best interest to suggest that we find a way to involve the XR1000 in your setup.
  8. OK, could you please go to Network Settings -> LAN -> DHCP and set the lease time to 168 hours. After this, please reboot the R1 and let us know if the problem persists.
  9. No worries, always best to have the XR at the top anyways.
  10. Like this: Modem -> Zen Router -> VOIP phone system -> XR1000 -> Connected Devices
  11. That seems to be a different issue, did you reboot the R1 after making the changes I suggested previously?
  12. Sure, but presumably you can just leave the phone connected to the router they provide you, then have all other devices on the network connected to the DumaOS router? Or am I misunderstanding something here? Presumably you had a modem connected above the R1/R2 right? I guess it depends on whether Zen provide a router/modem combo or two separate devices.
  13. Who's offering the service? It'd be interesting to look into it a little further.
  14. Please go to System Information -> Installed Rapps -> Click the three-line menu in change the number of retries to 5. Reboot after doing this, that should help with your issue.
  15. ¿Cómo tienes configurado QoS? ¿A qué velocidad de red está configurada? ¿Cuáles son las velocidades que caen desde y hacia?
  16. Yeah it's been added to our roadmap so it's definitely something we'll be considering. An equally good point, it's always best to start fresh.
  18. OK sure, thanks for letting me know. If this happens again, please do let us know.
  19. Where are you measuring these speeds? Is this from Connection Benchmark? If so please test a third-party speedtest as I believe that's a Connection Benchmark bug.
  20. That's bizarre. What time approximately did you experience this issue? Are you playing on Wi-Fi? If so could you make sure the channels are set to 'Automatic' then let me know if that resolve the issue?
  21. That's just showing that your PlayStation is currently offline, that isn't the reason you're having issues. Are these the speeds you expect to get from your ISP? If so please update these in DumaOS by going to the three-dot menu in the top right -> Advanced -> Bandwidth speeds. That's going to make QoS work a lot better.
  22. That looks pretty good, did you try adjusting the percentages in Congestion Control 5% at a time? Are these the best results you landed at or is this the result of your first PingPlotter test?
  23. Good advice from Newfie, please complete the steps he mentioned above! You can see if the upgrade was successful by checking the firmware version in the top right of the interface, it should now read 3.0.394.
  24. Absolutely, yes. Any application or service you want added, go ahead and capture them the same way as mentioned in the article and we'll see if we can get them added!
  25. Hey guys, Just thought I'd create a topic to let you know how you can get your games added to DumaOS quicker. As you may already know, it’s historically been a time-consuming process for us to capture data and classify it for DumaOS. Fortunately, we’ve recently created a new tool that automates a massive part of this process, making it far quicker for us to ultimately get a game or service supported quicker. Not only does this make the process quicker for us, but you can also now capture your own data and send it in to us. We can then run this capture through our new tool and if the data is good, we can then get this supported in DumaOS! If you'd like to do this, please follow the below article: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000076099-how-can-you-get-your-game-supported-in-dumaos-quicker-
