Thanks Fraser. I was able to delete them. For some reason some devices were being picked up as online when they were actually offline, but waited a few hours and I was able to delete them when they went to offline status

Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, close the tab, wait 5 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.

No it's just for the R2. A 1000 firmware will be released soon but won't have SmartQoS

@Netduma Fraserill check in today when I play… whenever I get into lobbies I’m the only one ranging in the 132ms … I’ll send in a pic of my geo filter when it happens

I'm pretty sure the update was just security updates so shouldn't have an affect on functionality at all. What are you seeing on the Geo-Filter that's allowing games outside your radius?

Yes that is normal, if you could interact with it you would be able to pause it, i.e. stop it from running. You can basically ignore that panel completely.

Exactly as above! You can't use a V2 firmware on the V1 and vice versa.

    Try this:
Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. You won't be able to control who gets in the server you connect to so they could be from anywhere, they could be using a VPN for example. The authentication server shouldn't affect that.

those servers are to try to stop people from using vpn and geo filters, if you connect to the game with the geo filter on it with throw you on the opposite side of the globe with a 163 ping or higher, most people on pc dont know how to get vpn to work at the moment too

No you don't need to do that, you can set it and forget it and close the window

Since resetting the XR, can you please clear your browsers cache?
Where are you measuring your Ping? In-game or in Geo-filter? What's your base ping if you run a Connection Benchmark test?
For Geo-filter, can you provide a full-page screenshot as to how you've currently got it configured?

The interface will log you out, I believe the timeout is about 30 minutes or so, that being said I use the Brave browser - it's Chromium based (based on Google Chrome tech).
