If the goal is only to truncate its geolocation on COD, while keeping the best ping on the closest servers, any VPN can do it.
Geolocation on console works in https on TCP port 443.

To bypass that open the google drive link, make sure you are signed in and next to your profile icon on the top right, hit the 3 dots, and star the caddy redbull file. Go to your google drive, recent tab. right click redbull caddy that you starred and make a copy. Then download the copy and it should work!

Thanks for the kind words! It is really up to you - the XR500 is the more powerful hardware so if that is what concerns you then would suggest sticking with that. The R2 however is optimized for DumaOS and will also be getting updates quicker due to less steps in publishing firmware. The R2 can support around 800-900mbps QoS on/off as well so should be able to support most speed as well.
