  1. Excited to hear about this, Fraser hit me up to test!
  2. I reset my router and after all that it was worse than it was without the reset but this update should fix the issues. I was on 3.0.171 will update and report.
  3. Yea I am aware of this but turning on flash was the only way for me to get bufferbloat and grade to work on the dslreports site.
  4. Having the same issues for a while now too but have finally fixed the issue. Make sure to allow the site to use anything it needs like flash, java and disable browser adblocker. For the first time in a long long time I was able to see it and get a grade.
  5. Excellent....I just mentioned this in another thread.
  6. Hey everyone I have been away busy working and testing routers but I wanted to mention that I have moved to a new location. Recently a couple nights ago my internet dropped for a long time and then in the morning when I went to check on what happend. I noticed that the modem was locked to 31 download channels instead of the normal 24 it would at multiple locations. Previous to this night the modem locked onto 24 download channels. Today I remembered the puma test and wanted to see what it looked like. My Arris SB6190 is still using version 9.1.93V and I did the test and it passed with flying clolors with zero red blocks. I have pictures to prove it and so I stand by what I had said in the past that this modem is perfectly fine with the netduma router. It really depends on your connection and area really. The version is the same I was using when I lived in another location with multiple red blocks in the test.
  7. LOL yes I did 0.3? wow did it and yes any modem will have issues with that setting.
  8. I would like to know how you know what the updates did and how they are "hiding" the spikes?
  9. Sounds pretty bais but that is to be expected. Works great for me!!
  10. My ping plotter tests say otherwise, I know because I would see the huge spike when I had the previous software versions. I wouldnt call it cosmetic since it actually fixed the high ping spikes.
  11. Alright so I have been busy working and taking care of lifes tasks and apparently on August 6 Spectrum updated the software to my Arris SB6190 from 9.1.93N to 9.1.93V This is the latest update to the software and should take care of the random spikes that they were working on in the first place as each update got better. I will be testing things out and post back. UPDATE: All seems to be fixed as far as the random huge ping spikes 150-200ms every 30seconds to a minute that version N still had. DSLR puma test is better than the double rows of red with multiple X's now it just has one row with no more than 4 X's. I do not know how they perform this test but it is better than all other tests on version N. Ping Plotter tests were 10 minutes and passed with flying colors. You can remove Arris SB6190 from the bad to good list now.
  12. I look at the ping on the netduma while playin Infinite Warfare not just ping an ip. You played Infinite Warfare Beta and didnt expect something can be glitchy? Have you played it lately or did you just not even buy it? Seems to me you are pushing this TP-link very hard and it smells as if you are an employee for them. This thread will be closed soon I'm sure, too much disinformation from you just making internet claims that you read online but dont really test. Oh by the way, I used the Arris SB6190 with software version D, K and N and so far N has been the best one. If they come out with another one that fixes the little ping spike that is barely noticable then its even better. FOR ANYONE READING THIS AND YOU HAVE THE SB6190, DONT WORRY, YOU CAN STILL USE THE NETDUMA ROUTER. THE SB6190 IS "COMPATIBLE" WITH THE NETDUMA BY ALL MEANS.
  13. 100% bandwidth no C.C. the package I pay for is 60mbps download. Now with C.C. @ 70%/70% Now with C.C. @ 50%/50% Now with C.C. @ 25%/25% Do you noticed the bufferbloat grade? Oh and check out that ping.
  14. Everyone talks crap about infinite warfare simply because they get owned. I have done ping test, all kinds of ping tests. I'm not just buying expensive modems and routers to slap them on and not study them. (I use pingplotter too) The modems I will mention are just what I tested with since I owned the netduma. Motorola SB6121 with TWC in the high desert and in Los Angeles ( Both homes have just internet with no splitters and all lines terminated but the one going to modem. Netgear C3000 with TWC in the high desert. ( same line condition) Arris SB6190 with TWC/SPECTRUM in the high desert and in Los Angeles (same line condition) I watch my ping when I play Infinite Warfare so yea, its mostly a 15ms lobby. I wouldnt be looking at my old DSLR to judge how the 6190 doesnt work with the netduma. ( you know I am adjusting the C.C. for a good bufferbloat grade right?) You have to listen to your own words here, by you saying certain modems dont work with the netduma, then those with those modems might not buy the netduma. You are hurting the netduma company and not even knowing it. I will do a few DSLR tests with different C.C. and post them if you would like to see my ping as of right now in Los Angeles with SPECTRUM.
  15. Would you like me to show you video of the 6190 playing infinite warfare with 15ms lobbies? Oh and never has a match skipped, jumped or hopped for me either.
  16. Well if you dont have the time to explain to him, how about explain to me how the Arris SB6190 is incompatible with the netduma? What things break on the netduma while using the 6190? I know how to use netduma and all features work while using the 6190. So please inlighten me with the details you uncovered while testing the netduma using the 6190.
  17. 60mbps package from spectrum Congestion Control @ 70/70 Dedicated internet cable all new as of a 1-2 years ago and no more than 200ft. from the pole. Arris SB6190 software version 9.1.93N
  18. I was just responding to the title of this thread which you state that the Arris SB6190 isnt compatible. I have software version 9.1.93N which fixed the huge spikes from the older versions and removed the exploit from the GUI. If there is a newer version please give me a link to that and not some youtube video with no helpful information. The Netduma does work with the Arris SB6190 with no real issues. Not everyones lines are the same or sw versions in their modems. My version with my lines and connections are good and I do not notice anything wrong with connection since the modem was updated. If it can be better than it is now with a newer version then I will contact Spectrum and tell them to push the new software.
  19. I have 9.1.93N and it works fine I will be doing more puma tests on dslr today. I have used pingplotter and will do more tests today but my cable line is new and directly runs to modem with no splitters. I am just stating that the Arris SB6190 does in fact work with the netduma just fine, I get into 15ms rooms in Infinite Warfare.
  20. I have the SB6190 with the N firmware. Anyone want me to test something let me know, I can say that the netduma router works as it should with the SB6190. I have also tested the router with two other cable modems.
  21. So I have the 60mbps plan and have the netduma congestion set to 100% download and 20% upload.
  22. Please excuse me not seeing that, I just thought you know christmas giveaway and all that it was over. Then I saw his tweet lol
  23. Eh...did I miss something? Who all won the first, second and third place prizes? I only saw one person being called a winner and that was a tweet from eliteshot??? Also nowhere did it say anything to do with youtube.
