    The R3 speed test is performed directly from the WAN... It doesn't take into account the R3's QoS settings, which are linked to the LAN/WLAN! Is the Ookla speed test LAN or WLAN behind the R3?

    Packet loss is mainly related to the game server, especially behind a router /etc. that manages QoS locally. There may be other reasons... but they are mainly attributed to misconfiguration/misunderstanding... For example, changing the MTU. Not to mention third-party software... which is doing the opposite!     Hi! These are very good speeds behind PPPoE/Vlan with the R3! Welcome back! VLAN and PPPoE are recurring topics, but the team ND is working on a solution. For now, the best thing to do is let the modem/router manage the PPPoE/VLAN internet access and set the R3 to DHCP. I work like this and I don't have double NAT!

    Do you really see a difference by locking the speeds so low? For me, it's counterproductive because with SmartBoost, your in-game latency won't increase despite this test!

    Juste pour être sûr!!!? Tu es maître de ta connexion en amont du R3 ? Si ta ligne est partagée, il suffirait qu'un résidant télécharge pendant ces heures pour avoir ce type de congestion/résultat !

    Salut ! ça ressemble à de la congestion en heure de pointe côté FAI. Comme tous le monde se connecte à cette heure là, il possible que ton FAI congestionne au niveau du nœud de mutualisation et cré ce pic de ping ! Tu peux le voir en fesant un ping vers google ou autre, avant et pendant ces heures !

    I'm a customer like you, but since I have the same TV, I think I can help. Since I'm not having any problems... Did you do a factory reset after updating the R3? I know it's annoying because you have to redo the entire setup, but sometimes it solves the problem on its own! Edit : I was thinking something: sometimes you just have to forget the wifi network on the device and sync it again!

    We'd have to find out if it's related to the bandwidth first... but Netflix, even at 30Mbps, should play 4K without any problems, or automatically lower the resolution for smooth playback. What version of FW R3 are you using?

    By the way, what Android app do you use to test the speed on your TCL TV? Mine, a 65-inch TV, is 5 meters from the R3 in another room, and I get 200/150 Mbps... according to analytics. Smaller models, like the 80cm TV TCL, don't have the 5GHz band, (I took 2 for the family) and another of 107cm which has the 5GHz band. What model do you have? ---All 4 work fine for streaming---

    Just for your information, TCL TVs are limited to channels 36 to 48 on the 5 GHz band at 80 MHz. ---Without splitting the bands, I simply adjust the 5 GHz band manually.---

    FR ? T’as du voir la vidéo du yt … Tu auras forcément un ping moindre qu’en passant par un VPN… Un VPN a tendance à te rajouter 10ms mini par rapport à ta ligne directe FAI. Exemple simple de ping avec VPN serveur en Italie et sans VPN vers google italien ! Le Geofiltre te permettra de clôturer le serveur ou les serveurs sur lesquelles tu veux jouer sans devoir passer par un VPN !
