I am having issues with the PPPoE as well on my R3, my router has a direct connection to the fiber converter. Is it possible that I could be added to the Early Access as well perhaps? And I have KPN and that needs: PPPoE & VLAN It does work, but my internet is inconsistent when it comes to connection quality. (video buffering, laggie games) and I have fiber 1000/1000 Mbps that the R3 can't reach. So I often switch my R3 back to my XR500 for bigger downloads.

I am having the same issue. My R3 arrived as well today. (firmware v4.0.19) The VLAN-ID "number" is not saving. / (The number doesn't stick.) Tried it on my laptop & on my phone (through the app) Nothing seems to work. (I also have to set a VLAN in combination with my PPPOE.) (I am Dutch and have KPN as my internet provider. So here are the details we've been given from KPN itself. Hopefully this information is helpful for others as well.)
