When I turn on Upnp it gives me a double nat error code.
-
The game says I have a moderate nat but my console says strict due to Upnp unavailable.
-
I’ve always had my gateway in pass through. I took it out of pass through and put it back in pass through and it’s still strict

I have a Arris NVG599 AT&T gateway router. It doesn't have a DMZ zone.

There is no DMZ on my AT&T router

I got everything up and running. Now I have a strict Nat. I've tried putting my Xbox in the DMZ, that didn't work, tried Upnp that gives me a double Nat. I've forwarded all ports and still no luck. There was a small power glitch ad everything went from open to strict when my routers booted back up. I have an at&t gateway thats running on passthrough and my ports are forwarded on my R1.

I just installed this update and now I don’t have internet. I can’t get access to the user interface. I forgot to do a factory reset. It asks me for my username and password and will accept them but the user interface will not come up.

Thanks guys for all your help. The new update worked. My NAT is now open. The new UI is crazy. I know you guys have moved on to newer products, but thank you for looking out for the original R1 users.

As you can see the geo filter is off. I forwarded the ports like it was mentioned. Everything on my Xbox matches everything in the router settings. I went thru all of the alternate ports and they all came back strict. I’ve rebooted my gateway and R1.
-
I deleted all the ports I had forwarded, and tried every port in advanced settings, still strict.

I think I’m running the latest firmware. I’ve done a complete factory reset and forwarded all the same ports. My router doesn’t see my Xbox. Only my Xbox and my computer are hooked up wired to the R1.
