  1. Thanks guys for all your help. The new update worked. My NAT is now open. The new UI is crazy. I know you guys have moved on to newer products, but thank you for looking out for the original R1 users.
  2. This is all that showing in the first tab.
  3. I don’t have DMZ available to me.
  4. As you can see the geo filter is off. I forwarded the ports like it was mentioned. Everything on my Xbox matches everything in the router settings. I went thru all of the alternate ports and they all came back strict. I’ve rebooted my gateway and R1.
  5. I deleted all the ports I had forwarded, and tried every port in advanced settings, still strict.
  6. My gateway doesn’t have DMZ IT it only has nat/gaming.
  7. I think I’m running the latest firmware. I’ve done a complete factory reset and forwarded all the same ports. My router doesn’t see my Xbox. Only my Xbox and my computer are hooked up wired to the R1.
  8. Yes it’s in device manager. All ports are forwarded.
  9. I've had an open NAT all the way up until the power outage on Feb.15th. I've tried everything from factory reset to rebooting my Xbox and router. I currently have an AT&T gateway with the internet set to passthrough to my netduma R1. The R1 does not recognize my Xbox with Upnp enabled. I port forwarded all the correct ports and still get the error of Nat strict UPnP not successful. Dont know what else to do.
  10. I opened google chrome incognito mode and can connect to the interface but it wont open in Firefox or google chrome.
