If you want to avoid connecting to servers in a specific country then just make sure they are not inside your geo-filter range and set ping assist to 0 and enable strict mode.

Yeh what pollutionblues said above is the best solution. We don't allow you to block countries or IP ranges since this could easily break the game matchmaking system for you. We don't want to give the possibility of making a game completely unplayable with a system like that.

Ping Assist is designed to connect you to hosts outside of the radius so long as their ping is below the number you set it to. Setting Ping Assist to 0 will ensure you cannot connect to any hosts outside of the radius.

 

Ping Assist is useful when you can't find games quickly - setting it to 60ms can improve your search times and still get you hosts below 60ms.
