Device prioritization severly limits internet bandwidth

I noticed that when I set device prioritization for any device on my network the available bandwidth for all devices is severly reduced.

I reset device prioritization, test bandwidth with DSL Reports speed test, I get 160MB download, 13MB upload. I then set prioritization for the test machine to 25, and retest with DSL reports, and get ~30MB download (jumps between 30M and 110MB), 3MB upload. I then reset prioritization and set prioritization for another device on the network and retest, getting the same results.

So looks like whenever device prioritization is set for any device the available bandwidth is severly reduced.

Netduma version R1 debug version 1.03.5m running on rb-951g-2hnd .

Enable deep packet processing. OFF
Allow auto feedback(no personal data ever) to help improve the R1. ON
Allow remote access to Netduma tech support. OFF
Enable upnp forwarding. ON
Enable multicast snooping. ON
Enable link-local IPv6. OFF
Access control panel from WAN(not recommend). OFF
Enable cookies. ON
Enable wifi work-around. ON
Stealth Mode. ON
Turbo mode. ON
Super Turbo mode (disables CC). OFF

Dionysus is correct device prioritization is bugged right now.  It is suppose to be fixed with the next update.
