Geo filter not working

Since Friday my filter doesn't show hosts and connects 4000 miles away every game with a different server Id every match I join any ideas why

Yes it's doing the exact same thing since before update only I get no host circle any where in world even outside my filter

Have you done a hard refresh and changed the service from "Playstation Network PA" or "Xbox Live PA" to just "Playstation Network" or "Xbox Live"?

Yes its been working fine since update untill Friday when it started happening I thought it was mislocated servers but every lobby I go into I get a host at least 4000 miles away with a different id every time pings r decent though between 20 ms to 40

Is it one of the ones on the west coast of the US?

No I get no large host circle at all anywhere in the world just small circles Whithorn my filter and a couple of padlocks in US

That's what I get seems to be same distance but different id for each lobby I join

Try giving the Netduma a reboot from Settings >> Miscellaneous

Rebooted worked first game backed out and into new lobby and I back to 4567 miles and no host circle

its doing the exact same with me mate, no large host circle and saying 4000 and something miles away but everyone in the lobby is within the geo filter and getting ping of 36 constantly, if you trace it goes goes to the U.S then another state there, weird

Last night I did a factory reset something I have done only once before and I've had my duma for more than a year now,I'm on xbox and was having this same issue but after the reset it's working fine,also read on another thread someone saying after every update the netduma gets they do a factory reset and it plays great,I put my geo tight over the UK with strict on and PA at 0 and it found loads of games

do i have to do the updates again after factory reset what do i lose??
