Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted December 2, 2015 Netduma Staff Posted December 2, 2015 can i do a factor reset in anyway You can factory reset if you want. But you should be able to access the dashboard (even if you can't access the internet) but connecting to it with an ethernet cable.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 2, 2015 Administrators Posted December 2, 2015 Virgin port 1 > duma port 1 Then port 2 duma wired to your PC, in your web browser going to 192.168.88.1 should bring up the interface. If it doesn't what does it say? Make sure you are disconnected from the Virgin wifi first.

UK_Wildcats_Fans Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 If you need to do a factory reset, go to the settings - miscellaneous. You will see the option to reboot and to do a factory reset.
