lock out of my duma

Hi can anyone help i seem to be locked out off my netduma it is not showing on my wi-fi anymore buy my ps4 address has show up???

i can connect only by using virgin wifi not netduma

can not access internet on the duma... so can not get the dashboard http;//r1 can only get on the internet by going back to my superhub

You can factory reset if you want. But you should be able to access the dashboard (even if you can't access the internet) but connecting to it with an ethernet cable.

just tried connecting to Internet cable still can not get to the dashboard how can i do a factory reset

Virgin port 1 > duma port 1

 

Then port 2 duma wired to your PC, in your web browser going to 192.168.88.1 should bring up the interface. If it doesn't what does it say? Make sure you are disconnected from the Virgin wifi first.

If you need to do a factory reset, go to the settings - miscellaneous.  You will see the option to reboot and to do a factory reset.
