Have your radius at ~1000km, Strict on and PA at 0 and see how you go. PING SPIKES ARE HIGHER THEN NORMAL WITH THE UPDATE Instead of shouting in someone elses thread please make a new thread. (That being said mine is usually set around 50-80ms ping) but it will jump occasionally in those hundreds. There you just need to block that dickhead host/server..
