zombitroid Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 In my house I have: 4 consoles 3 lap tops and 2 apple devices (iphone ipad). These devices share 17 Mbps download and .70 Upload. that means I have 9 devices and they each get 11% of the download and upload bandwidth according to my flower. So what is the best way I can set this up? We use all of these devices. two of the consoles and one of the PC's aren't used that much. I use the PS4 a ton, and one of the laptops is used quite often too. I would like to get a good connection on my PS4, how would I do so without completely crushing my other devices? Thank you all so much for your time and advice. Have a good one! Jeff
II N3MES1S II Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Leave it as is since when there are devices off the devices that are on will get the extra bandwidth. I would increase the priority for your gaming console though.
Zennon Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Remember if you move the priority slider for your console that your other devices will take a hit, it has changed to download as well as upload priority.
