why do i need to reset Device Prioritisation everytime to get the speed i paid for?

 

put pc in 100% and i'll end with slow speed everytime and This including every device i own in the house.

 

picture are taking after a fresh factory reset.

Device priority now is download and upload from the same slider.

 

You are throttling download & upload on other devices.

 

If you are taking the speed test from the pc you are prioritising then Fraser or Iain will have to take a look at that

if i put everything on pc than i should get the full speed right? but it didnt.

 

even sometime on default i would still need to hit the reset to get the speed am paying for..this firmware really screw me. 

 

i only ran the test on pc only.

Yeah, it should so I think Iain/Fraser will have to look into that.

Can you please ensure you have put your speeds in correctly on set bandwidth

yes everything are correct,i didnt have any problem on the last FW. the Speed right now are up and down since the upgrade and even when i didn't touch the Device Prioritisation ...it still would need to be reset everytime  i need my download speed otherwise i would be getting 20mbps.

Is that with test done with an ethernet cable?

 

Reset it for now for speeds, Iain is going to split the upload/download prio's.
