This router is absolute garbage I won't be asking for a refund but nice way to grab money for real...I was having way better gaming with my arris modem plugged directly lol not only my netduma router is brand new but now the device will reset itself without me pressing anything after reading around in the forum I've noticed is always the same group of guy (Duma army) protecting the real consumer feedback I won't be asking for a refund but just know if you're reading this and live in the United States this device won't really help you DOMINATE LAG period . I had to unplugged netduma to enjoy my bo3 again as customer I was expecting at least a working device but the quality of the router is horrible I know you guys focus on software instead of hardware for bigger profits margin but how in the world my device is already defective after only having it for 24 hours I was so excited to get this but hey don't believe the hype! (Honest customer feedback ) not some type of Duma affiliate who gets paid !

What a stupid attitude to come in with! You have had it 24 hours! We don't lie or get paid by netduma! We are honest people just like the netduma staff and that's why we speak so highly of the product! It is the first true company through and through I have ever come across!

People like you really frustrate me! Jumping in the forum with an awful attitude without even asking for help!

Really 24 hours and you act like that!

I have a Netduma and I never really seen drastic improvements to what I have (I live in Texas so it's not like I have population issues or anything), but I do feel it provides me consistency and I love being able to see why my last bullet didn't count because my ping jumped (I just like seeing the hard facts even if I knew why).  In AW however the tradeoff was too much as my kd and spm was too high (3+) to where it would only connect to a small pool of players to begin with after a few months, made even smaller by Netduma's filtering.  It got to the point where I kept getting kicked out of lobbies and searching took too long so I disabled it but still looked at it to see the peer ping and my own ping to the host which is one of my reasons for purchasing the router.  With BO3 it works much better and I have it enabled when I play solo, otherwise when in a party I just disable it as I don't want to be a hassle to other players or be the one with the best connection.  Obviously it can take a little bit more time to find a match but not 5 minutes long like AW.  You will still get bs'd on but that's just the nature of the beast.  You can only do so much to control your own.  I guess what I'm trying to say is that if your connection is already at it's peak performance for gaming, don't expect a huge difference or any at all unless you're damn sure that a server is overloaded (then you might be able to block it through spoofing your location/range through Netduma).  Some people also just can't admit that someone outplayed them and immediately fall back on lag as an excuse.  I've seen people who post videos complaining about lag compensation on this forum but I have not seen one yet that really shows it, more like being outplayed as your aim fumbles around.  Just my honest thoughts.  I'm satisfied with Netduma and think the future is bright for it, especially with the new anti-jitter algorithm they talked about.

plugging directly into your modem will ALWAYS BE BETTER THAN ANYTHING. there are no other devices to compete with or inline... for the rest of us who have 20+ devices on a network, the R1 has nice features that mitigate problems that might arise due to that.

What is your internet speeds?

Who is your ISP?

What server(s) do you connect to?

Have you updated to the latest firmware?

I doubt I'll get answers to any of these questions, but in case you are not a planted troll from a rival company and/or the official CoD forums, if you answer these honestly, maybe we can help you get a better experience?
