theboywhowins Posted November 15, 2015 Share Posted November 15, 2015 Hi im trying to throttle my internet but when i put a lower speed than my isp it still shows full speed on the speedtest , ive tried a factory reset but that didn't fix it. Zennon Posted November 15, 2015 Share Posted November 15, 2015 You have to enter your full speed that you get from running a speed test at speedtest.net into the set bandwidth tab then go to the congestion control and move the sliders down to the percentage you wish. kinel Posted November 15, 2015 Share Posted November 15, 2015 You could also like you said type the exact speeds in say 20 dl and 7 up click set banwith then press congetion control then press down the bottom of page update distributoon Ive been been using the reactive algorithm then after i do that i press reboot router Then on my ps4 i do a speed test i now have the exact speeds you type in i know it works ive did it many times Also dont put speeds you cant get lol Hope this helped you so it might only work using reactive Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
