problem upgrading firmware

as in the title i am getting an error code when i try to upgrade to the latest firmware. i get the message upgrade failed: with exitcode2. can anyone point me in the right direction, thanks

Have you followed the upgrade instruction form here?

Edit: And if you followed all of those suggestion and it still not working try unplugin you router for 5 min and the try again

those are the instructions i am following. i just unplugged the router for 10min and i am getting the same error code.

Ok than lest wait and see what others have to say about that. I know I have came across this exitcode2 issue but cant find it right now on forums.I am sure someone will be here shortly to assist you further.
