II Z IE IR O II
ok before doing all of that do I have to upgrade the firmware of the netduma ? Mine is 1.03.3 I would just so you are running the latest firmware, because if you are still having problems, support will ask if you are running the latest firmware (1.03.4) anyways . Link provided is the instructions on how to update to latest firmware along with a link to firmware. http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=manual_update

(I suppose that the process of upgrading is gonna restart the router and stop his dowload no ?) I'll tell you what happened. Thanks.
