Myst1caL
Just wondering anyone know how to see your live ping while in game on the console like in the netduma video. ?
Zennon
In the video that is the ping to the host. Tick auto ping (if using R1-v-1-03-4 that will show you the time to host ping and players ping to the host if using P2P) or ping on the host geo filter page. http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=peer_ping&s[]=ping

Zennon
Your ping to the host so it is the ping time from you to the host and back again. It is your ping to the host but not your base ping. To find out your base ping you can run the duma net diags from the Netduma.
Myst1caL
Yeah i know but base ping aint gonna help in game lag. So i guess this feature only shows in certain games aka not destiny due to multiple hosts. If the video said peer ping would have honestly cleared things up right away was just under thr impression a section appears with your ping ingame ? Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted October 2, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted October 2, 2015 Yeah i know but base ping aint gonna help in game lag. If the video said peer ping would have honestly cleared things up right away was just under thr impression a section appears with your ping ingame ? The router will be able to show you: 1) Base ping - you can see it by running internet diagnostics although it doesn't sounds like this is the one that you want. 2) Ping to host. You can get this by clicking the largest circle on the GeoFilter and then clicking the ping button in the host descriptor box. You can also get it automatically by enabling auto ping. 3) Peer ping - you can use this for P2P games such as destiny. To get it enable peer ping. 4) Host analysis - this shows lots more info but is only for certain PC games.
