Twisted Entropy
I just noticed after having continuous connection, that the Duma stop working. It took three resets of the modem and the Duma before there was a response. Now the connection speeds are ~6 down to 1up. Before the problem, the Duma was pullling ~95down to 12up. All settings are correct nor have they been reset. Reactive setting, 100% cap, so on so forth. What is going on. Its acting like my previous routers before they finally crapped out. Any Ideas? Only three month longevity?
Taff
might be some corruption in the files, would explain some of my own problems. have you tried to re-down load the latest update?
Zennon
Give the congestion sliders a slide up and down the range then settle back at 100%
FQs19
I've had similar issues. Here's what I did to solve them; -Do a factory reset from the MISC page -Have only 1 device connected to the Duma (I used my macbook) -setup the Duma per your connection speed http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=fine_tune_netduma -test the Duma at http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest If you get to the speeds you had previously then continue setting up the Duma for your consoles and other equipment. If you don't, unplug the duma, switch out ethernet patch cables going both from your modem and to your equipment (to rule them out), then plug the Duma back in and do another factory reset and setup. Test the speed again. If after all this and you still have problems, I would have a 1 on 1 with Iain or Fraser to see what they can do. Also, you can not reflash the same firmware. It will give you an error that says the firmware is already installed.
Zennon
If you do a factory reset from misc settings and you use Wifi the password will change to netdumar1
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 25, 2015 Administrators Share Posted September 25, 2015 As said above do a factory reset from settings > miscellaneous and turn off/wiggle sliders and then back on to what they need to be for your speed and see if that resolves it
Twisted Entropy
It began to get my previous speeds after about an hour of use with no augmentation. Somewhat confusing but thanks for the advise.
